Womens and girls rugby is the biggest growth area in the game and reflects all the hard work done by community clubs and also by the players who have gone before you. It’s an exciting time to be part of this with expanding age group leagues and also for those who progress opportunities on performance pathways both with WSL clubs and the RFL and England. Joining a team and training together creates bonds and friendships that go well beyond the pitch and last a lifetime.
